At Lotus Pharmacy & Kids Boutique, we want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn fashion items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pharmacy and boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
